GAC AION Hyper GT launched

    On July 3, GAC AION Hyper GT was launched with 5 models and a price range of 219,900 - 339,900 RMB. The new car is positioned as a mid-sized pure tram, based on the AEP3.0 pure electric platform and Starling architecture.

  On the outside, the new car has a closed grille with narrow light clusters and an overall minimalist design. However, there are also openable vents in the front surround. The new model also features a sliding back design and is also available with bezel-less doors and front butterfly doors.

The rear of the car is quite rounded and offers a liftable spoiler, and the rear surround is decorated with a black diffuser to add a sporty touch. The dimensions of the new car are 4886*1885*1449mm in length, width and height respectively, with a wheelbase of 2920mm.

Inside, the new car features a 14.6-inch suspended centre display with 8.8-inch slim full LCD instruments. It will also be equipped with ADiGO Pilot advanced autonomous driving assistance and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip. The new car will offer software such as Gode Maps, Aiki and Himalaya.

The new model will be available in single-motor and dual-motor versions, with the former having a maximum power of 180kW and 250kW and peak torque of 355N-m and 430N-m respectively. 560km, 600km and 710km of range will be available. The dual-motor version will be launched in the future.
