Dongfeng Honda plans to launch more than 10 BEV models by 2030

Dongfeng Honda held a 20th-anniversary themed event and unveiled a new strategy named "Creating the Future 2030", under which the joint venture will no longer introduce new oil-fuel vehicles and will launch more than 10 battery electric vehicle models by 2030.

 

BYD presents BYD DOLPHIN at brand launch event in Chile

On July 12, BYD held the brand launch in Chile, and officially put the pure electric model BYD DOLPHIN onto the local market and announced the price. Four models, BYD HAN, BYD TANG, BYD YUAN PLUS, and BYD SONG PLUS DM-i, were exhibited at the event as well.

BASF, IOPLY establish joint research center to focus on solid-state and sodium-ion batteries

BASF and Yangtze River Delta Physics Research Center Co., Ltd. (“IOPLY”), a sci-tech Innovation enterprise, jointly established a research center on July 14 in Liyang City, Jiangsu Province. According to the agreement, the two parties will collaborate on materials and solutions for batteries and battery packs, with a focus on solid-state and sodium-ion batteries.
