Chery Arrizo 8 High-Performance Edition hits market, starting at 129,900 yuan

XPeng, a prominent smart electric vehicle (EV) company, announced earlier this week its strategic partnership with Freesbe for the Israeli market. Freesbe will play a crucial role in developing XPeng's sales and service network throughout Israel.

This partnership represents a significant milestone for XPeng's international expansion, marking its first foray into overseas markets outside of Europe.

Under the automaker’s "Yaoguang 2025" strategy, Chery Auto focuses on the travel scenarios and real needs of young Chinese consumers. The Arrizo 8 High-Performance Edition, a heavyweight creation, continues the outstanding quality of the Arrizo family. It aims to disrupt the market for 100,000-to-150,000-yuan sedans with its exceptional performance and quality.

The Arrizo 8 High-Performance Edition boasts an efficient powertrain combination featuring Chery's powerful 2.0TGDI Kunpeng engine. It delivers a maximum power of 187 kW and a peak torque of 390 N·m, accompanied by a comprehensive lifetime vehicle warranty. The 2.0T Kunpeng engine is paired with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission and equipped with four-wheel independent suspension.

 

Notably, the Arrizo 8 High-Performance Edition introduces an innovative 322 Driving Control Mode, offering three driving modes, two steering modes, and two braking modes. The unique braking modes utilize the industry-leading IPB (Integrated Precision Braking) system, enabling sport and comfort modes to provide appropriate braking response under different driving conditions. 

Furthermore, the high-performance Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip ensures smooth operation of the in-car system, with a boot-up time of just 2 seconds.

In addition to its outstanding performance, the Arrizo 8 High-Performance Edition enjoys luxurious features typically found in million-yuan cars. With a 24.6-inch dual-screen display, DMS (Driver Monitoring System), and 12 customizable intelligent modes, it caters to the diverse needs of users in various driving scenarios, combining performance and intelligence to offer a higher level of technological service.
