Byd has introduced the DOLPHIN BEV to the Malaysian market

On July 27,2023, BYD partnered with Suname Motors to launch its DOLPHIN all-electric model on the Malaysian market. This marks the launch of BYD's second pure electric vehicle in Malaysia, after the BYD ATTO 3.
The BYD DOLPHIN offers two decorative levels, in the local market, the premium extended version costs 124,900 yuan and the dynamic standard version 99,900 RM.

The automaker said safety is a top priority for the BYD DOLPHIN, being equipped with advanced driver assistance systems and other active and passive safety features to ensure a safe and easy driving experience. The car also features a variety of smart features, including a 12.8-inch rotating touch screen and an active acoustic design with a six-speaker audio system. The remote version comes with wireless charging and a fixed panoramic sunroof, with a NEDC range of 490 km and acceleration speeds of 0 to 100 km / h in just seven seconds.
At the press conference, Liu Xueliang, general manager of BYD Asia Pacific Auto Sales Department, said, " On December 8 last year, BYD and Senami jointly held the launch of BYD ATTO 3 model, marking our official entry into the Malaysian passenger car market. We now have eight stores officially in operation. In the future, BYD and our partners will expand the coverage of the distribution network to spread BYD's service points to all the cities and regions in Malaysia. ”
Ahead of the latest launch, BYD held a brand launch event and a new launch event in Chile on July 12 to officially launch the BYD DOLPHIN and announce its official price in the Chilean market. On July 6, BYD and its local partner ReVER Automotive held a press conference for the BYD DOLPHIN range extension model in Bangkok, Thailand, and announced the retail price of the standard range version of the model. On July 3, BYD joined hands with Huadi Automobile, an authorized dealer in Singapore, to officially put BYD DOLPHIN into the Singapore market.
