STELATO S9 Extended Range opens for pre-order, to be officially launched in April

STELATO S9 Extended Range Edition officially opened for pre-sale, with a total of three configuration versions. Among them, STELATO S9 Extended Range Max pre-sale price starts from 318,000 RMB, STELATO S9 Extended Range Max+ pre-sale price starts from 348,000 RMB, and STELATO S9 Extended Range Ultra pre-sale price starts from 378,000 RMB.

In terms of appearance, the range-extended version is basically the same as the current STELATO S9, with a design inspired by the Universe, emphasising a streamlined shape with low wind resistance. Officially, the range-extended model is equipped with four LiDARs, and on the basis of the original 192-line LiDAR, three new high-precision solid-state LiDARs have been added, which are located on the left and right sides and the rear side of the vehicle. In addition, the new car will also be equipped with ‘HUAWEI XPIXEL’ megapixel car language headlights, support for interactive welcome light carpet and 100-inch outdoor giant screen projection, you can watch videos, Karaoke, play games and so on.

The One-Box body proportions maximise cabin space, and features such as frameless doors, hidden door handles, electrically operated doors and electronic exterior mirrors follow the current mainstream trend. The range-topping model comes standard with 20-inch multi-spoke wheels, with 20-inch double ten-spoke wheels and 21-inch starburst forged milled wheels also available.

The rear of the car is equipped with a penetrating tail lamp group, with the upper ‘ducktail’ and trapezoidal licence plate area design, creating a strong sense of unity. In terms of dimensions, the length, width and height are 5160mm*2005mm*1486mm, and the wheelbase is 3050mm.

The interior adopts the ‘Star Ring Double Terrace’ design, and the extended-range model has a newly upgraded steering wheel with a better grip. The full LCD instrumentation and floating centre control screen are not absent, and the built-in HarmonyOS system and HUAWEI ADS 3.0 can flexibly deal with more complex scenarios such as roundabouts, turnarounds on narrow lanes, high-speed ETC smart driving passes, and speed bumps.

In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a range extender system consisting of a 1.5T engine and an electric motor.
