Purely electric SUV with 15-minute recharge range of 370km, Lynk & Co Z20 to be launched on 22 December

The Lynk & Co Z20 will be officially launched at the 7th Co Guest Conference on 22 December, and is now available for pre-sale in three models, with a pre-sale price range of RMB 146-161,000 yuan.

Positioned as a pure electric compact SUV, the Lynk & Co Z20 is based on the SEA Vast Architecture and adopts the latest design language of the Link family. The iconic LED daytime running lights are positioned high, and paired with the closed grille, they are highly recognisable. The lower part features a penetrating bumper that incorporates the high and low beams, which look a lot like fangs when not illuminated.

In terms of body dimensions, the new car has a length, width and height of 4460/1845/1573mm respectively, and a wheelbase of 2755mm.The car has short front and rear overhangs, and adopts a sliding roof shape. In addition, hidden door handles and soft body lines make this car look sporty, while boasting a low wind resistance of 0.25Cd. The rear of the car is equipped with high penetrating brake lights, which also act as a spoiler and are designed with a distinctive look.

Inside, the new car adopts a simple interior design, equipped with a 15.4-inch central control screen, 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster and 13.8-inch HUD head-up display, three-screen linkage, full of technology. Other features, such as Harman Kardon audio, seven airbags, L2-level driver assistance system are equipped.

In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a single motor with rear-wheel drive, and there are two options for maximum power: 175kW and 250kW. As for the battery, the new car has a capacity of 61.47kWh, with a pure electric range of 530km. with 4.5C fast charging technology, charging from 10 per cent to 80 per cent of the battery takes only 15 minutes, and the range can be increased by at least 370km.
