Starting at 24.98 lakhs, the new aito M7 Pro is officially launched

　On 26 August, aito M7 Pro was officially launched, the new car launched a total of four models, priced at a range of 249,800-289,800 yuan. aito M7 Pro will be equipped with the basic version of the HUAWEI ADS, which supports NCA Intelligent Driving Pilot Assist, AEB Active Safety, Intelligent Parking Assist, etc., and it will be equipped with the CDC Continuously Variable Damping Dampers, which will enhance the ride quality.

The AITO M7 brand has been around for 2 years and 5 months, with 400,000 units of its products already delivered. Among them, the AITO M7 has become the best-selling SUV in China priced above 300,000 yuan, with more than 240,000 pre-orders and over 210,000 deliveries. The monthly production capacity exceeds 30,000 units. Additionally, at the launch event, Yu Chengdong mentioned that the entry-level AITO M7 Pro model incurs a loss of 20,000 yuan for every unit sold.

As for the new car, its exterior design is quite similar to the previously launched AITO M7 Ultra, with the lower part of the front grille removed for a more streamlined appearance. The AITO M7 Pro will also come in a new "Interstellar Blue" body color, in addition to four other colors: Gilded Black, Deep Space Gray, Sky Blue, and Ice Crystal Silver, making a total of five available body colors. The new car will feature standard 20-inch seven-spoke wheels, with an optional upgrade to 21-inch double ten-spoke wheels. In terms of body dimensions, the new car measures 5020/1945/1760mm in length, width, and height, respectively, with a wheelbase of 2820mm.

Interior-wise, the new AITO M7 will come with standard "Elegant Apricot" and "Amber Brown" color schemes, with an option to upgrade to a new "Red Tea Orange" color. The interior will still feature a 10.25-inch curved full LCD instrument panel and a 15.6-inch 2K HDR central control screen, running the HarmonyOS intelligent cockpit system. It will also include a HUD (Head-Up Display). For configuration, the car offers dual 50W wireless fast charging, HUAWEI SOUND immersive audio, adaptive driver recognition, and more.

The new car will still be available in 5-seat and 6-seat versions, with seats wrapped in Nappa leather. They support a "Beach Chair Mode," and both front and rear seats come standard with ventilation and heating functions. The 6-seat version also offers front and rear seat massage functions. Additionally, the rear MagLink is compatible with a 13.2-inch OLED screen, enhancing the entertainment experience.

Regarding intelligent driving, the new AITO M7 will be equipped with the HUAWEI ADS Basic Edition, featuring three millimeter-wave radars, 10 high-definition visual perception cameras, and 12 ultrasonic radars. It can achieve NCA intelligent driving navigation assistance on highways and expressways nationwide, with features such as flexible merging, "ghosting" prevention, automatic small animal recognition, proactive pedestrian yielding, automatic obstacle avoidance (such as water barriers, traffic cones, and obstructing vehicles), human-like driving, large vehicle path prediction, Sentry Mode, and intelligent parking assistance.

In terms of power, the AITO M7 Pro will still be powered by a 1.5T range extender with a maximum power output of 112 kW, available in single-motor rear-wheel-drive and dual-motor all-wheel-drive versions, with maximum power outputs of 200 kW and 330 kW, respectively. The new car will be equipped with a 38.5 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, offering a pure electric range of 200/230 km on the CLTC cycle, and a combined range of 1240/1290 km. Additionally, the car will feature CDC (Continuous Damping Control) adjustable dampers with three modes, improving ride comfort.

After the AITO M7 was upgraded in September 2023, it has become one of the hottest products on the market. The AITO M7 Ultra, launched in April this year, can be seen as an upgrade to the previous Max version, while the newly launched Pro version can be considered an upgrade to the Plus version.
