Japanese agency disassembles Zeekr 007 and publishes a book, Zeekr responds

On July 30, we learned from the official Weibo account of Dr. Zhu Ling, vice president of Zeekr Intelligent Technology, that he made a statement about the book published after the Japanese agency disassembled Zeekr 007: "Only original works can withstand such disassembly and analysis, and Zeekr 007 at least did not embarrass Chinese cars in this regard."
   
It is reported that the project team of Japan's Nikkei XTECH and Nikkei BP Research Institute disassembled Zeekr 007 in detail and gave it a high evaluation, believing that it is very cost-effective. This time, the disassembly of Zeekr 007 will edit the disassembly process into a book, and all the disassembly videos will be made into a DVD to be given with the book. The price of this book is 880,000 yen (about 5,711 US dollars in total), and it will be released on October 31 this year. It is currently accepting reservations. It is understood that the agency has previously disassembled BYD Seal and also published a disassembly book, which is also priced at 880,000 yen (about 5,711 US dollars in total) in Japan.
 
As far as we know, the Zeekr 007, which is positioned as a mid-size car, currently has 9 models on sale, with a price range of US$29,500-42,200. The Zeekr 007 is built on an 800V architecture and is equipped with the same silicon carbide rear motor as the Zeekr 001 FR. It offers single-motor and dual-motor models to choose from, with a single motor power of up to 310 kilowatts, while the front and rear motor powers of the dual-motor version are 165 kilowatts and 310 kilowatts respectively. The fastest 0-100km/h acceleration time is 2.84 seconds, and the rear-wheel drive version has a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 5.4 seconds. In terms of battery life, 616 kilometers, 660 kilometers, 688 kilometers, 770 kilometers, and 870 kilometers are available for selection depending on the model configuration.
