Hongqi HS3 hybrid version officially launched

The Hongqi HS3 hybrid version is officially launched, with one model launched. The car is positioned as a compact SUV and is equipped with a hybrid system developed based on a 1.5T engine. It will have more affordable fuel consumption than the fuel version. In addition, Hongqi HS3 will also launch a plug-in hybrid version in the future, and the prototype has already rolled off the assembly line.

From the appearance, the hybrid version follows the appearance of the gasoline version, adopting the Hongqi flying wing design theme. The square front grille is very exaggerated in size. The interior is decorated with straight waterfall chrome plating, which extends to the red flag lines and lines on the engine cover. The center grille is cleverly connected, making the visual effect more domineering, and combined with the U-shaped headlight design, it further enhances the sense of technology.

Looking from the side of the car body, the fenders are equipped with a red flag logo, and the overall shape is more fashionable. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the Hongqi HS3 hybrid version are 4655/1900/1668mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2770mm. The five-spoke wheels equipped with this car adopt an exclusive low-wind resistance shape, and the tire size is 235/60 R18.

The rear of the car adopts the popular through-type taillight design, and the flying-wing shapes on both sides are very recognizable. The blue HEV letters on the rear of the car indicate that this is a gasoline-electric hybrid model. The lower surround looks very thick, and the silver trim strips greatly enhance the sense of hierarchy at the rear of the car.

In terms of interior, the hybrid version continues the interior design of the fuel version and adopts a classic wrap-around cockpit. The gear handle adopts a flatter design and is decorated with metal, which looks very delicate. It is also equipped with two cup holders next to it. The car is also equipped with a 12.3-inch full LCD instrument and a 12.6-inch large central control screen. The three-spoke multi-function steering wheel adopts a flat-bottom design, the seat is wide and thick, and the shape looks very classy.

In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with a 1.5T gasoline-electric hybrid system. The maximum engine power is 124 kilowatts and the peak engine torque is 258 N·m. The maximum motor power is 140 kW and the peak torque of the motor is 280 N·m. The transmission system is matched with a special hybrid gearbox, and the new car accelerates from 0-100km/h in 9.1 seconds.
