Topev reports on the launch of Volkswagen Bora 1.4T Comfort Edition

       A few days ago, FAW-Volkswagen Bora 280TSI (1.4T) Automatic Shuxing Edition was officially launched, the new car is priced at 135,900 RMB, which will give consumers a new choice between 1.2T and 1.5T models after the launch.

       In terms of appearance, the new 280TSI Automatic Comfort Edition provides users with a 17-inch aluminium wheel option package, bringing higher value. As for the interior, the 280TSI Automatic Comfort Edition is available with heated front seats as an option.

      The Bora is equipped with a 12-inch floating large screen with online navigation, voice interaction, in-vehicle WiFi, mobile phone connectivity, MOSC colour services, new FAS interface, App connect wireless casting, map dual-screen display and many other functions.

       In terms of power, the 280TSI Automatic Comfort Edition is equipped with Volkswagen's classic EA211-1.4T turbocharged engine, which meets the requirements of the National VI B RDE emission regulations, with a maximum power of 110kW and a peak torque of 250Nm. Compared with the 1.2T engine, the power is increased by 25kW, the torque is increased by 50Nm, and the acceleration time from 0 to 100km/h is 8.8 seconds.


　　The Bora is equipped with engine idle start/stop, brake energy recovery technology and low rolling resistance tyres, and further reduces fuel consumption levels by adjusting the gearshift strategy, lowering the shift points and re-matching the transmission shift program.
      The entire Bora is equipped with Volkswagen's latest IQ. Drive, which integrates reliable safe driving assistance functions. The new 1.4T Shuxing Edition is upgraded in terms of safety features, with the main integration of AEB with City Emergency Braking and ACC Adaptive Cruise Control.
