The Inaugural Meeting of Used Vehicle Export Committee and Henan Used Vehicle Export Summit was successfully held.

On the afternoon of September 20, 2024, the founding conference of the Henan Used Car Export Committee and the Henan Used Car Export Summit Forum successfully took place at the Maika Auto Cultural Park in Zhengzhou. The event, themed "Exporting Dreams, Creating the Future," gathered industry elites to explore new opportunities and challenges in the used car export sector. Wang Junhai, president of the Henan Used Car Circulation Association, emphasized in his opening speech that leveraging the association's platform, we have come together to focus on innovation and development in the used car export industry. He noted that while the industry faces numerous challenges, it is also rich with limitless opportunities. Wang urged attendees to join hands under the guidance of national used car export policies, striving together to promote high-quality development in Henan's used car industry. He expressed hope that this conference would not only serve as a key milestone in the industry's development journey but also mark the beginning of a new chapter in used car exports. He encouraged participants to listen attentively, seize opportunities, and make the most of their attendance. During the conference, Secretary-General Yin Liuliu announced the newly formed Used Car Export Professional Committee. Several companies, including Henan Dongdong Automobile, Henan Hamster Youche, Henan Hesu Industrial, Zhengzhou Daliangzao Technology, Henan jwucul supply co ltd, Henan Kema Automobile, and Xinxiang Bada Automobile, were appointed to key roles within the committee. Secretary-General Yin pointed out that the involvement of these organizations would inject new momentum into the standardized, scaled, and branded development of Henan's used car export industry. Yan Keshir, Executive Director of Geni Group, shared insights on the opportunities and challenges in used car exports. He highlighted that in recent years, China's automotive industry, especially the electric vehicle sector, has been undergoing rapid development and technological iteration, creating unprecedented opportunities for automotive exports. In 2019, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Public Security, and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued a notice to initiate used car export operations, with 45 companies entering the export list. By 2023, this number had surged to 471, indicating significant industry growth. During this period, China's total automotive exports reached 4.91 million units, solidifying its position as the world's largest exporter. Yan emphasized that while there are enormous market opportunities, challenges persist. The interplay of new and old challenges makes it imperative to seize new opportunities while addressing legacy issues. He stressed that in the face of increasing international competition, Henan's used car export companies must actively adjust their strategies, enhance product quality and service levels, and meet international market demands. Additionally, companies should focus on brand building and market expansion, collaborating and innovating to collectively tackle challenges. The successful convening of the Henan Used Car Export Summit Forum marks a new chapter for the used car export industry in Henan. In the future international market, the sector will pursue development with greater confidence, enthusiasm, and pragmatism, actively exploring opportunities to contribute more significantly to the high-quality growth of Henan's economy. This forum not only provided a platform for collaboration and communication among enterprises but also paved new avenues for the transformation and upgrading of Henan's economy. Participants unanimously agreed that the used car export industry in Henan is poised to shine even brighter on the international stage. As they embark on this new journey, industry colleagues are encouraged to join forces, grasp opportunities, and meet challenges head-on, striving for higher levels of development.
